YAC Meeting April 19-Oklahoma City Bombing Remembered

Attendance: Zainab and Mrs. Clay. Shiva came after the meeting was adjurned to state that he will be attending food bank volunteer opportunity this weekend. Mrs. Clay stated that the service opportunity this weekend starts with a collaboration with the Environmental Club in the morning and service at the Food Bank in the afternoon. We will not be going to Habitat anymore.

Item # 1: Respectful viewing of April 19

Item # 2: Zainab provided a cleaver idea for special Presidential awards to be delivered partly at Chapel and partly at an ice cream social only for this year's presidential award winners.

Item # 3: Because CDC did not attend meeting, we will not have a class meeting. We will simply offer the opportunity for anyone interested in creative movement linked to service. Mrs. Clay will contact dance teacher to warn her of possible poor attendance. The Creative Movement linked to service opportunity will take place at the amphitheater.

All other items were tabled due to lack of participation.

Yearly reflection, what did we do, learn, how can it be improved, what was the kodak moment
