YAC Home groups

YAC Home Groups: Thank you guys for a thoughtful meeting! Sarah and Rose created a caring way to get the freshmen to pick home groups. YAC members who wished to be facilitators signed up to lead a home group of freshmen interested in the same SERVICE ROCK. Ally asked facilitators to provide a description of their SERVICE ROCK by Sept 1,E-Day when freshmen will be called to Fee during Block A to hear about home group possibilities. The service-learning office will provide a Japanese snack for all attendees.

Home group facilitators should send personal goals for their home group and a picture for Zainab to create a PP for the September 1 REQUIRED meeting at FEE for new students and freshmen during Block A. SNACKS WILL BE PROVIDED TO ATTENDEES AS THEY LEAVE FEE! We also need to discuss where the home group meetings should be. We need 8-10 locations. Could we have a meeting this weekend to work on this and do the final corrections to the field guide.
